More than a label, the ISO Certification ensures our properties meet the high standards expected by our international clientele and stakeholders by applying a systematic management approach. Swissotel The Bosphorus, Istanbul received the company’s first certification in the late 1990s.

Since 2010, all Swissotel properties and Corporate Office are globally certified for Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), Health and Safety Management (OHSAS 18001) and Food Safety Management (ISO 22000).
