スイスホテル チャレンジ

「スイスホテル チャレンジ」プログラムは、「スイスホテルでの軌跡」と呼ばれる3階層の開発サイクルの最初の段階です。この2年間のプログラムでは、チームメンバーに、スイスホテル ホテル＆リゾート ホテル グループ内で学習・旅行するまたとない機会を提供します。

「スイスホテル チャレンジ」プログラムは、候補者それぞれの専門性に適するよう設計されており、各参加者のキャリア開発における目標に合った、6か月間継続する実務経験が割り当てられます。場所や任務は、過去の経験や言語能力によって異なります。

The objective of this programme is to act as an “eye opener” and it is open to our most junior colleagues displaying promising career development potential.  The programme is open to candidates who, after a year within our operations and the successful completion of the selection process, will be give an opportunity to travel and get familiar with different styles of management, cultures, and the environments in which they will be working.
