Led by Executive Chef Bo Counts, the menu highlights local flavor with seasonal specials and Amuse signatures, including our Smash Burger and Moody Tongue Swiss Lager, brewed exclusively for Swissôtel Chicago by Michelin-starred Chicago brewery and restaurant Moody Tongue. Honey harvested from our on-site beehives also makes its way into select cocktails, mocktails and dishes throughout the menu.
